Milestone Progress
Start Date: 12/28/2025 End Date: 11/23/2026
Quarterly Analysis
- The initiative reached 40% complete, up from 36% complete for another 4 percentage point quarter-over-quarter gain, and remains green. Over eight quarters, the pattern is consistent: 12%, 16%, 20%, 24%, 28%, 32%, 36%, and now 40% complete, which gives council a clear, credible progress line. The milestone register is still accurate: Unified resident portal launched is complete with dueOffsetDays -90, Online permitting go-live is in-progress with dueOffsetDays 45, and AI service assistant pilot is not-started with dueOffsetDays
- The work has matured from launch energy into operating discipline, with portal analytics, permitting workflows, and department reporting now reinforcing each other.
Recommendations
- Sustain the green by converting the project standup into a standing Digital Services Operations Review with monthly department scorecards.
- Extend the completed portal by onboarding two more high-volume services next quarter, starting with bulky-item pickup and business-license renewals if the service owners confirm data fields by the cutoff date.
- For the next council cycle, frame the 40% complete result with the eight-quarter +4 point cadence and the specific next decision needed for Online permitting go-live.
